Big Girlz Move Online Workout Program gives you the flexibility to take your workouts with you wherever you are. .
3. How do I cancel my Big Girlz Move Online Workout Program?
Log in at biggirlzmove.com, on the top left-hand side of the page, click on your profile name and then click ‘Your Account’.
Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button, when clicked, a pop-up message appears for confirmation.
Select 'OK' to confirm cancellation option.
You subscription is cancelled. Your current subscription status will now show as ‘Cancelled’.
Note that you will have access until your account’s expiration date, and you will not be billed again unless you decide to reactivate.
4. How do I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, log in at biggirlzmove.com and visit your ‘Your Account’. Under ‘Manage subscription’, click on the ‘Re-Activate Subscription’ button. From here you can select and confirm your plan. Please note your renewal payment will be billed the same day as your reactivation. Yea!!! So glad you’re back.
5. How do I update my credit card on file?
To update your payment method log in www.biggirlzmove.com, then click on your profile name in the top left corner and select ‘Your Account ’. Next, select 'Edit' under ‘Billing Info’. After making your updates, be sure you click ‘Save Changes’ to ensure your modified billing information has been retained by our system.
6. How can I reset my password?
On the sign in page, click on the link that says ‘Forgot Password’. This will prompt you to enter in your email address so that you will be sent a password reset.
7. What is your refund policy?
Unless your account is cancelled, you will begin to be billed automatically. Once we begin to bill you, cancellations take effect starting at the end of your current billing period, meaning there are no partial month refunds or credits.
